When pro\u00adcess\u00ading per\u00adson\u00adal data that is nec\u00ades\u00adsary for the per\u00adfor\u00admance of a con\u00adtract to which the data sub\u00adject is a par\u00adty, Art. 6 (1) (b) DSG\u00adVO serves as the legal basis. This also applies to pro\u00adcess\u00ading oper\u00ada\u00adtions that are nec\u00ades\u00adsary for the per\u00adfor\u00admance of pre-con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal measures.<\/p>\n

Inso\u00adfar as the pro\u00adcess\u00ading of per\u00adson\u00adal data is nec\u00ades\u00adsary for the ful\u00adfil\u00adment of a legal oblig\u00ada\u00adtion to which our com\u00adpa\u00adny is sub\u00adject, Art. 6 (1) c DSG\u00adVO serves as the legal basis.<\/p>\n

In the event that vital inter\u00adests of the data sub\u00adject or anoth\u00ader nat\u00adur\u00adal per\u00adson make pro\u00adcess\u00ading of per\u00adson\u00adal data nec\u00ades\u00adsary, Art. 6 (1) (d) DSG\u00adVO serves as the legal basis.<\/p>\n

If the pro\u00adcess\u00ading is nec\u00ades\u00adsary to pro\u00adtect a legit\u00adi\u00admate inter\u00adest of our com\u00adpa\u00adny or a third par\u00adty and the inter\u00adests, fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal rights and free\u00addoms of the data sub\u00adject do not out\u00adweigh the first-men\u00adtioned inter\u00adest, Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSG\u00adVO serves as the legal basis for the processing.<\/p>\n

The per\u00adson\u00adal data of the data sub\u00adject shall be delet\u00aded or blocked as soon as the pur\u00adpose of the stor\u00adage ceas\u00ades to apply. Stor\u00adage may also take place if this has been pro\u00advid\u00aded for by the Euro\u00adpean or nation\u00adal leg\u00adis\u00adla\u00adtor in Union reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions, laws or oth\u00ader pro\u00advi\u00adsions to which the per\u00adson respon\u00adsi\u00adble is sub\u00adject. Data will also be blocked or delet\u00aded if a stor\u00adage peri\u00adod pre\u00adscribed by the afore\u00admen\u00adtioned stan\u00addards expires, unless there is a need for fur\u00adther stor\u00adage of the data for the con\u00adclu\u00adsion or ful\u00adfil\u00adment of a contract.<\/p>\n

When you con\u00adtact us by e-mail, the data you pro\u00advide will be stored by us in order to answer your ques\u00adtion. We delete the data accru\u00ading in this con\u00adtext after the stor\u00adage is no longer nec\u00ades\u00adsary, i.e. the pur\u00adpose of the stor\u00adage has ceased to apply, or restrict the pro\u00adcess\u00ading if there are statu\u00adto\u00adry reten\u00adtion obligations.<\/p>\n
