  •  In addition to providing comprehensive advice to family businesses and their shareholders, Björn von Olnhausen’s focus is on performing reserved tasks for auditors, particularly statutory audits, company valuations,   and due diligence investigations. He also assists medium-sized companies and corporations in establishing and   structuring their activities abroad (with a focus on Asia).

Dipl.-Kaufmann Björn von Olnhausen (born in 1976) studied business administration at the Universities of Mannheim and Bergen (Norway) with a focus on business tax law, tax law, and international management from 1999 to 2005. He worked in large auditing and tax consulting firms, mainly in the areas of financial statement audits, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence.

After being appointed as a tax advisor in 2005, he moved to a law firm in Mannheim, where he was involved in reserved tasks for auditors as well as advising medium-sized companies and their shareholders. He became a certified public accountant in 2010. After two years of self-employment, during which he helped establish a medium-sized law firm in Mannheim, he joined Treuhand Heidelberg as a partner in 2014.
